- For information and reservations regarding experiences, please contact the hotel reception. Availability must be confirmed before booking. Reservations should be made at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. After confirmation, you will receive a voucher or confirmation with all necessary details for the activity. Payments should be made directly to the partners at the start or end of the activity (*). Note: Some partners may not have ATM terminals.

Cancellations by partners
- Experiences may be cancelled or rescheduled by partners due to adverse weather conditions. In case of cancellation with no possibility of rescheduling, the guest will not be charged.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made up to 48 hours in advance are free of charge. Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the activity will incur a 50% penalty of the total cost. For cancellations within 24 hours or in case of no-show, the full amount will be charged. These penalties will be charged to the credit card provided when confirming your reservation.
